Carbon Feature
Role - Product Manager
The Carbon Feature is an early-stage carbon estimation tool within the cove.tool platoform. It provides users with an intuitive building carbon accounting tool to support their project pursuits. The tool integrates data from the Embodied Carbon in Construction Calculator (EC3) and Carbon Leadership Forum (CLF) standards in order to provide users with automated takeoffs, Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) resources, and results.
Materials and Assemblies Database
Role - Product/Project Manager
Working with diverse internal and external teams, the project team defined, developed, and populated two paired databases focused on materials, specifications, assembly, and production data in order to support users in defining their building construction methods, accounting for embodied carbon and thermal performance, and supporting manufacturer integrations within the cove.tool platform. This project required deep knowledge of specifications, product information including cost and carbon, and construction methods.
LEED Project Submittal
Role - LEED Consultant Team Member
Provided documentation, submittal, and review services for three LEED projects through all submittal phases. Worked with project team members, owners, consultants, and contractors to complete and compile documentation, submit documentation to USGBC, and respond to reviewer comments and corrections. Projects achieved LEED Gold (2) and LEED Silver (1).
Manufacturer Integrations
Role - Project Manager
Provided implementation planning, timeline and personnel planning, and technical delivery for major manufacturer integration projects. Worked directly with manufacturers and other major clients to establish timelines and deliverables, outline expectations and success criteria, and maintain open communication throughout the development and implementation processes. Scope of work also included overseeing small teams, research and development on new features to support client outcomes, and client training.

West Edge Shopping Center
Role - Project Manager
19,800 sf retail shopping center with grocer anchor. Project role included full-service project management and design from proposal to construction administration, working directly with client and consultants.
Chamblee Plaza Shops
Role - Project Team Member
Worked as part of the design team for renovation and construction documentation/administration alongside a second project manager. Project role focused on renovation of in-line commercial space complimentary to the new anchor shell design work. Participated in construction documentation and administration work for the primary anchor store, which is a certified Green Globes project
Nolensville Shopping Center
Role - Project Manager
Initial design proposal, submittal, revision, and coordination with municipal team as project manager coordinating internal team and external collaboration. 24,000 sf of outparcel shops core and shell plus grocer anchor shell. Harbins Shopping Center
Role - Project Manager
Anchor and commercial/retail core and shell work for a new-build shopping center consisting of anchor façade and 14,000 sf of new construction. Served as project manager supervising architectural interns on proposal, design, and client delivery.
North Griffin Renovation
Role - Project Manager
Shopping center renovation and demolition for new anchor space. Work included acting as project manager reporting directly to firm principle for proposal, schematic, and design development phases. Scope included major façade interventions, civil coordination, and anchor shell construction.
Coventry Shopping Center
Role - Project Team Member
26,000 sf of combined retail/commercial shopping center. Project role focused on construction documentation, permitting, bidding, and construction administration.
Burlington Shops and Outparcel
Role - Project Team Member
21,000 sf of combined partial renovation and new construction retail/commercial shell space. Provided drafting and documentation support for project lead
